It really is an eye catcher. First thought - Zaha Hadid. But we were wrong. It's an Education Executive Agency headquarters and Tax Office building designed by <a href="http://www.unstudio.com/en" target="_blank">UNStudio</a>.<br /><br /><a name="more"></a><br />Complex is made of three sections: an office building, underground parking and public city garden with the pavilion. Construction took pace from 2006-2011.
